글로벌K컬처학과는
The Department of Global Korean Culture aims to
한국어에 대한 이해와 쓰기, 듣기, 읽기, 말하기 등 한국어 집중교육을 실시함은 물론
provide intensive Korean language education including understanding, writing, listening, reading, and speaking skills
한국의 문학, 역사, 생활, 공연예술 등 한국문화(K컬처) 전반에 대한 이해를 심화하고
deepen understanding of Korean culture (K-culture) including literature, history, lifestyle, and performing arts, and
더불어 글로벌 문화와 문화산업에 대한 폭넓은 이해를 바탕으로 문화콘텐츠 기획 및 제작 능력 함양을 목표로 한다.
develop capabilities in planning and producing cultural content based on a comprehensive understanding of global culture and cultural industries.

한국어교원자격증: 글로벌K컬처학과에 개설된 7개의(21학점) 한국어교원자격관련 교과목 수강 후 TOPIK 6급 취득 시 한국어교원자격증 3급 취득
Korean Language Teacher Certification: After completing 7 Korean language teacher certification-related courses (21 credits) offered by the Department of Global K-Culture and obtaining TOPIK Level 6, students can acquire Level 3 Korean Language Teacher Certification.
문화콘텐츠 전문가는 문화와 관련된 내용을 드라마, 영화, 캐릭터, 애니메이션, 게임, 웹툰, 공연, 축제, 테마파크 등 다양한 형태의 콘텐츠로 제작하고 기획하는 전문가를 말한다.
A cultural content expert is a professional who designs and plans a diverse array of cultural content—including dramas, films, character designs, animations, games, webtoons, performances, festivals, and theme parks.

비교과활동
Extra-curricular activities
답사와 탐방: 정규 교육과정 수업의 일환으로 혹은 연동하여 주말을 이용하여 역사 문화 탐방, 생활 문화 체험, K공연 관람 등의 비교과 활동을 전개한다.
Field Trips and Explorations: As an integral part of or in addition to the regular curriculum, weekend extracurricular activities are offered—including historical and cultural explorations, lifestyle cultural experiences, and K-performance viewings.
문화콘텐츠 수업과 관련하여 디지털 콘텐츠 제작 관련된 특강 및 공모전을 시행한다.
In conjunction with cultural content classes, special lectures and competitions dedicated to digital content production are organized.
학생회 주관 동아리 활동 및 다양한 단과대/학과 행사를 준비하고 연습한다(전통 놀이/극단, K공연, GK튜터링 운영, 기타 학습/취미 동아리 등)
Students can participate in a variety of club activities and college/department events, including traditional games, theater groups, K-performances, GK tutoring clubs, and other academic or hobby clubs.
